It has recently come to the Boards attention that some parties have experienced difficulty serving Mr. Amos with documents filed in this proceeding. The Board is concerned that procedural fairness and parties right to fully participate in this proceeding in a manner that is respectful of all be maintained. As Mr. Amos has the ability to receive Efile Notification by e-mail of documents, from this point forward, any service of documents upon Mr. Amos should be by way of Efile Notification only. Any parties who do not have access to the necessary technical equipment and are therefore unable to provide Efile Notification by e-mail to Mr. Amos, are asked contact Erin Dutcher at (403) 299-2782 or the Boards toll-free number 1-800-899-1265. The Board will serve Mr. Amos with any Efile Notification by e-mail of documents filed by these intervenors.
