Using the CS Call Cause Analysis, Raw data sheet: SD CONGESTION Unselect Radio Link Status = 1 Filter Radio Resource Signalling = 22 & 24 Filter MOC

TCH CONGESTION Unselect Radio Link Status = 1 Filter Radio Resource Signalling = 30, 32 & 34 Filter NAS Signalling Status = 60

CALL DROPS Unselect Radio Link Status = 1 Filter MOC Filter call drops Filter outRadio Resource Signalling = 50,53,60,70,80,90,92 And filter out NAS Signalling = 70,72

CALL SETUP TIME Select all except Failed Calls Select MOC Calculate the 95th percentile of the range of call setup time. Subtract discount of 2sec

NB: The meaning of the call cause values (eg 22,24,32 etc) can be found in QVP Call Cause Analysis file. RR VALUE 32 NO ASSIGNMENT COMPLETE SENT TO BE TAKEN OUT BECAUSE IT IS A UE-SIDE ERROR
