Seconded by Linda Swift. Carried Approval of Minutes Corrections to November Minutes LeeAnne changed to LeAnne Correction to October Minutes Add Bonnie Miller to October attendance. Linda Swift moved to approve minutes from October 10, 2011 as amended. Seconded by Annette Chambers. Carried Annette Chambers moved to approve minutes from November 14, 2011 as amended. Seconded by Chris Chabot. Carried Correspondence Information received from The Learning Team and ASCA Old Business Student Art Show Tabled to New Year Financial Statement Rhonda indicated that front office will have copies of these reports. Shelley will follow up. Boot Racks Ongoing Quebec Trip Ongoing Provincial Funding Category Clarification Trustees will email clarification of funding categories to Advisory Council members. Class Size for Grade 7/8 Split Class Tabled

New Business Pioneer Gym Use Bobbie-Jo received request for use of Pioneer Gym for French Entertainment evening, however, there are Community Use agreements in place that prevent use on requested dates. Phys Ed Specialist Question concerning whether Division Office is looking for ways to improve student health and fitness through providing a Phys Ed Specialist. There has never been one in place previously, funding will depend on provincial government next year. Extracurricular activities are at discretion of each teacher. Volunteer time is determined on a school to school basis, is not part of the Teachers contract. Alexis Holstead, Division Office Representative, will look into policies and bring to the next meeting. Reports Trustees Report Report from last WRPS meeting given, Next meeting is December 20 at 9:00 am at Education Centre. Principals Report School Portraits will remain with SMART Photography Assistance is needed with Monday morning oatmeal breakfasts, starting at 8:00, serving at 8:30. Next meeting Monday, January 16 at noon in the Pioneer Middle School Library Adjourned at 1:29 pm
