    1. Richards (2008: 19) says the mastery of speaking skills in English is a priority for many second-language or foreign-language learners. Consequently, learners often evaluate their success in language learning as well as the effectiveness of their English course on the basis of how much they feel they have improved in their spoken language proficiency. It means that speaking is the crucial skill for the learner because speaking has become the standard for success of the learner in learning English so that it is very important to teach speaking to the students and make them have good ability in it.

    2. Speaking is "the process of building and sharing meaning through the use of
    verbal and non-verbal symbols, in a variety of contexts Chaney in kayi ( 2006). It means that the speakers translate their thought into words and arranges the words into utterances while communicating to others. If they cannot translate or arranges the words it will be difficult to know what they mean generally. That makes it important to be learned and taught.

    3. Martin (in Emilia, 2009: 13) states analytical is where we might be arguing
    simply to justify a position or interpretation (persuading that). It can be concluded that analytical exposition text can be used in teaching speaking towards students speaking ability in expressing argument and it will possibly help the students to arrange their words into utterances while speaking.
