    Atty. Joseph Ador Andama Ramos, 38 years, Filipino, married, presently the City Legal Officer of Roxas City, reported this PNP Roxas City Station thru his Secretary, Shiela Agpalo, that a letter of demamnd to vacate and provide documantation/title over the car wash Brgy. Capt. Doroteo occupies along Rizal and Capricho Streets, Roxas City was handed to Brgy. Capt. Doroteo refused to receive. Another letter was furnished to a certain Eugene Loyola, Jr., the alleged owner of the carwash but Eugene Loyola refuse to receive the letter. Reportee Atty. Ramos, together with the Roxas Citys Business Permit and Licensing Division and City Engineers Office has observed continued operation of the car wash by Brgy. Capt. Doroteo inspite of the closure order issued by the City Mayor of Roxas.
