2. To make, sign, seal, execute and deliver contracts, documents, agreements and
other writings of whatever nature or kind, with any and all third persons, concerns or
entities;

3. To receive for and in my behalf the proceeds of the mortgage, sale, assignment
and/or disposition of the above property whether in cash or check, and in case of check
payment, to endorse and encash the same with the drawee bank.

4. To do and perform any and all acts necessary for the faithful execution of the
foregoing acts and deeds.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said Attorney-in-fact full power and
