AFFIDAVIT 

OF ADVERSE CLAIM

         I, EDDIE O. PACULBA, of legal age, Filipino, married and a resident of

Palayan. Aloran, Misamis Occidental, after having been duly sworn to in
accordance with law, depose and state:

1. That I was a donee of a parcel of lot owned by my father DOMINADOR

PACULBA, the donor, and was acknowledge before Atty. TEODORICO M.
DURIAS, Notary Public of Oroquieta City and entered in his Notarial
Register as Doc. No. 356, Page 73, Book 226, and Series of 2013 on July 24,
2013 . A copy of the Deed of Donation Inter Vivos and ITS Acceptance is hereto
attached as ANNEX “A” and made an integral part of this Affidavit;

2. That said parcel of land is covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. P-34198,

more particularly described as follows:

3.  That the abovementioned land was sold to ASOSASYON SA ALORANG

MAGBABASAK INC. (ASAMI) Represented by its President GILBERT T. TEJANO
by my mother PABLITA O. PACULBA and was acknowledge before ATTY.
ANNEMARIE QUIROS, Notary Public and is entered in her Notarial Register,
 Doc. No. 277, Page No. 57, Book No. 137, Series of 2020. A copy of the Deed of
Sale is hereto attached and marked as Annex C ;

4. I am therefore executing this Affidavit for the purpose of attesting to the

truthfulness of the foregoing allegations and in support of my request for
the annotation of an adverse claim over the parcel of land covered by the
Transfer Certificate Title No. P-34198.
