COMPROMISE AGREEMENT

This Compromise Agreement is entered into this __________________ in

Oroquieta City, between:

JOVEL T. LAMPARAS, of legal age, Filipino, single and a resident of

Purok 6, Dolipos Bajo, Oroquieta City referred to as the First Party;

-And-

DISIRD C. TAGUBAR, RIECAN S. TAGUBAR, ERIAN A. CORTES,

REYGEN MARK T. AGAN, and REY ANGEL T. AGAN, Filipinos, of legal ages,
all single and residents of Purok 4, Dolipos Bajo, Oroquieta City, referred to as
the Second Party;

WITNESSETH: That

WHEREAS, the First Party has filed a criminal complaint for Slight
Physical Injury against the Second Party pending before Municipal Trial Court
Branch 2, Oroquieta City under Criminal Case No. 4309-22;

WHEREAS, in order to obviate the tedious and protracted proceedings

these cases may entail, the parties come to an agreement to settle these cases
amicably;

NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing and the further

covenants hereinafter set forth, both parties have agreed on the following
terms and conditions, to wit:

1. The Second Party shall pay an amount of Fifteen Thousand Pesos

(P15,000) on March 28, 2023 to the First Party as settlement of the
civil aspect of the case;

2. In view of this covenant, the First Party hereby desists from

pursuing those criminal cases and shall pray for the dismissal
thereof in court.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF both parties have set their hands, on _______________,
