WITNESSETH:

WHEREAS, we are the surviving intestate heirs of the deceased spouses


ROMEO THOMAS and ______________, who died intestate on

respectively, without leaving a Will and Testament. (Copy of their Death
Certificates are hereto attached as Annexes “A” and “B”);

WHEREAS, three (3) of their children and our siblings, namely

WHEREAS, our parents both died intestate. Upon their demise, they

WHEREAS, having the full capacity to contract, We,

, being the heirs of the late _____________________ do hereby
adjudicate unto and among ourselves as co- heirs thereof, being the intestate
successors of our deceased parents, ONE-FIFTH (1/5) SHARE EACH and
every aliquot portion of the aforementioned subject property, subject to
contingent liabilities to other heirs or other person or persons who might have
been deprived of the lawful participation in the estate of our deceased parents for
a period of two (2) years from and after the settlement and distribution thereof.

WHEREAS, as far as we know, our deceased parents left no debts


and that the corresponding taxes over the said estate were religiously paid; and

WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 1 of Rule 74 of the Rules of


Court, we unanimously agree by and between ourselves to adjudicate the
subject real property and each and every aliquot part thereof,

forth above to be held by all of us in common.
