SUBJECT: REQUEST FOR ISUANCE OF TITLE OF A PORTION OF

LAND

Dear Sir,
I am a vendee of a portion of a parcel of agricultural land situated at
Binuangan, Oroquieta City. Such portion of land is described as follows:

____________” and is a part and parcel of the whole parcel of agricultural
land which is more particularly describe as follows;

_________________________________”. A copy of an Extrajudicial Settlement
of Estate with Absolute Sale is attached hereof and marked as Annex___
and form part of this letter.
The aforementioned agricultural lands have no title and are covered by
one Tax Declaration No__ registered under the name of _______________. A
copy of the Tax Declaration is hereto attached as Annex___ and form part
of this letter.

In the light of the foregoing, I am requesting the Honorable Office to

grant my application for title of the said portion of land.
