COMPROMISE AGREEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Agreement is executed this ______________ in Davao City, Philippines, by

and among:

FERDINAND G. AGDUMA, of legal age, Filipino, and a resident of Lambayong

(Mariano Marcos), Sultan Kudarat; and REMECAR R. ORBIGO, of legal age,
Filipino, with residence at Little Baguio, Calinan, Baguio District, Davao City,
hereinafter altogether referred to as the “FIRST PARTY”; and

GINA AGDUMA and MA. ZARINA AGDUMA, both of legal age, Filipino, and
residents of Davao City, hereinafter altogether referred to as the “SECOND
PARTY”.

WITNESSETH:

THAT the FIRST PARTY are respondents in NPS DOCKET NO. XI-02-INV-
16-L-3747 for the alleged violations of Republic Act 9262 and NPS DOCKET NO. XI-
02-INV-16-L-3748 for the alleged Physical Injuries complained by the SECOND
PARTY before the Davao City Prosecutors’ Office;

THAT the SECOND PARTY are respondents in NPS DOCKET NO. XI-02-
INV-17-A-0034 for the alleged Child Abuse, Physical Injuries, and Grave Oral
Defamation complained by REMECAR R. ORBIGO before the Davao City
Prosecutors’ Office’

THAT both parties having realized that they have to move on with their lives,
decided to forgive each other and mutually agreed to enter into an amicable settlement
and put an end to the complaints that they have filed against one another;

THAT both parties are NO LONGER INTERESTED in pursuing the complaints

that they have filed and undertake NOT TO TESTIFY against each other in connection
with the said criminal complaints.

THAT due to this COMPROMISE AGREEMENT both parties further undertake

to execute an AFFIDAVIT OF DESISTANCE in order that the appropriate action can be
made for the dropping and/or dismissing of the above-stated cases.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
