AFFIDAVIT OF LOW INCOME

I, DEXIE JANE M. DESABELLE, of legal age, Filipino, and a resident of Lopez

Jaena Extension, Zone 1, Digos City, Davao del Sur Philippines, after having been duly
sworn to in accordance with law hereby depose and state that:

1.  I am the operator of Buding’s Meatshop located at Chapter 9, Tienda Aplaya,

Digos City;

2.   As a meat dealer affected with the ASF (African Swine Fever), from the period
of July to September 2022, respectively, we have become a low income earner business;

3.  Our monthly income has been so meager and only enough to cover our daily
needs;  

4.  We executed this affidavit to attest to the veracity of the above and in support to
our son's application for a scholarship program.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto affixed our signatures this 7th day of
October 2022 at Digos City, Philippines.
