DEED OF DONATION OF REAL PROPERTY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Deed of Donation, made and executed in the City of San Fernando, La Union,
Philippines, by Naawa Naman of legal age, married to Nawa din Naman, Filipino
citizen and with residence and postal address at Bangar, La Union hereinafter called the
DONOR.

- INFAVOROF -

Kawawa Naman, of legal age, single, Filipino citizen and with residence and postal
address at Bangar, La Union hereinafter called the DONEE.

- WITNESSETH -

That the DONOR is the owner of that certain real property situated in Bangar, La Union
and more particularly described in Original Certificate of Title No. FP - 556 of the land
registry of La Union as follows:

That the DONOR is the owner of a parcel of land situated at Barangay Bangar, La Union
per OCT No. FP – 556 described as follows:

Lot 3, Ccs-01-003944

Beginning at a point marked “6” of lot no.3, Ccs -01-56784, being S. 25-52 E.,2074.47
m. from BLIM No. x, Cad. 459-D; thence

N. 23-11 E.,56.36 m. to point 2; s. 03-58 e. 33.71 m. to point 2; S. 23-04 E., 45.04 m. to

point 4; s. 87-53 w., 56.27 m. to point 6; N. 02323 E., 45.03 m. to point 1; point of
beginning.

Containing an area of NINE HUNDRED (1000) SQUARE METERS.

All points are marked on the ground by P.S. Cyl. Conc. Mons.
Bounded on the N., along line 1-2 by lot 2, Ccs-01-0055644,m (lot 553939,

Cad.23439-D), (barangay road), and on the E.,S., and W., along lines 2-3-4-5-1 by lot 1,
Ccs-01-003944,m(lot 53456, Cad.539-D).

This lot was surveyed in accordance with law and existing regulations promulgated
thereunder by Ako Dati MayAri, Geodetic Engineer on July 7, 2010 and approved on
August 8, 2010.

This lot is covered by F.P.A. No. 0456314-4015 and identical to Lot No. 87940, Cad.
789-D.

That for and in consideration of the love and affection which the DONOR has for the
DONEE, the said DONOR, by these presents, transfers and conveys, by way of donation,
unto said DONEE, her heirs and assigns, a portion of the above described real property
with an area of 100 sq. m., free from all liens and encumbrances;

That the DONOR does hereby state, for the purpose of giving full effect to this donation,
that he has reserved for himself in full ownership sufficient property to support him in a
manner appropriate to his needs;

That the DONEE does hereby accept this donation of a portion of the above-described
property, and does hereby express gratitude for the kindness and liberality of the
DONOR.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the DONOR and the DONEE have signed this deed on
2021, City of san Fernando, La Union, Philippines.
