COMPROMISE AGREEMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

MARIVIC M. ARWITA, of legal age, married, and resident of

Bioto, Tandag City, Surigao del Sur, hereinafter referred to as FIRST
PARTY/COMPLAINANT;

And

JESUS F. ARWITA, of legal age, married, and resident of

Tandag City, Surigao del Sur, hereinafter referred to as SECOND
PARTY/ACCUSED;

WITNESSETH:

THAT the above-named PARTIES are wife and husband, respectively, and
parents to eleven children, with four minors namely: (1) Jay-ar M. Arwita; (2) Jade M.
Arwita; (3) Jacob M. Arwita; and (4) Mary Grace M. Arwita, all of whom are presently
under the care and custody of the FIRST PARTY;

THAT the FIRST PARTY has filed a case of Violation of R.A 9262 against the
SECOND PARTY, now pending before the Office of the City Prosecutor, Tandag City,
docketed as NPS-XIII-II-INQ-20J-00046;

THAT both parties realized that it will be for the best interest of their children
that the civil aspect of the aforementioned case be resolved amicably upon terms and
conditions herein-below stated, thus;

1. The SECOND PARTY hereby binds himself to provide a monthly support for
their minor children of a fixed THREE THOUSAND PESOS (P3,000.00) every 15 th day
of the month and another THREE THOUSAND PESOS (P3,000.00) every 30 th day of the
month;

2. The SECOND PARTY further binds himself not to come near the residence of
the FIRST PARTY in Bioto, Tandag City, Surigao del Sur;
THAT for the SECOND PARTY to continue his work and maintain his financial
support to their children, the FIRST PARTY undertakes to desist and/or withdraw from
prosecuting the case against the SECOND PARTY and cause /facilitate the dismissal
thereof. For this purpose, the FIRST PARTY hereby declares that she is no longer
interested in prosecuting NPS-XIII-II-INQ-20J-00046, mentioned above, and hereby
DESISTS from participating in the case;

THAT the SECOND PARTY and the FIRST PARTY, upon the signing of this
compromise Agreement agree to the provisional dismissal of the above-mentioned case.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto set their hands this
