AGREEMENT

This Agreement is made and entered into by and between;

VIRGINIA M. ROA of legal age, Filipino, widow and residing in Ruparan, Digos
City, Davao del Sur, Philippines, hereafter referred to as the FIRST PARTY;

RIC C. ROA, also of legal age, Filipino, married to Gemma Roa and residing in
Ruparan, Digos city, Davao del Sur, Philippines, hereafter referred to as the SECOND
PARTY;

That the SECOND PARTY is the present tiller, and cultivator of a parcel of land
owned by the FIRST PARTY known as Lot 1854-W, survey no. Psd-11-077555 portion
of a big parcel of land covered by Transfer Certificate of Title no. 17329 situated at
Ruparan, Digos City, Davao del Sur.

That FIRST PARTY ownership is evidenced by an Affidavit of Heirship entered as

That there is no landlord-tenant relationship between the FIRST PARTY and

SECOND PARTY since the time the SECOND PARTY entered and cultivated the
aboved-described parcel of land.
That the SECOND PARTY had not given any share of his income from the proceeds
of his agricultural products from the aboved-described parcel of land to the FIRST
PARTY neither in kind nor in cash since the time the FIRST PARTY cultivated it until at
present.
That the SECOND PARTY shall voluntarily vacate immediately from the aboved-
described parcel of land should the FIRST PARTY decides to take possession and
cultivate the land described above.
That the FIRST PARTY and SECOND PARTY understood and agreed the terms and
conditions of this Agreement.

IN WITNESS HEREOF, the PARTIES hereby affixed their signatures this _____

NOTARIAL AKNOWLEDGEMENT
