DEED OF PARTITION/TERMINATION OF CO-OWNERSHIP

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Deed of PARTITION/TERMINATION OF CO-OWNERSHIP is


made and entered into by and among:

GILDA ALBERCA CORDOVA, Filipino of legal age, Filipino, married to


Genesis Cordova, PRINCESS MAE ALBERCA-GALEOS married to Rhobelle
Galeos, Filipino, RHASHIE MAE ALBERCA-AMPER, married to Eugene Marc
C. Amper, Filipino, ALICIA ALBERCA-ARNADO, married to Eleazar Arnado,
ELSA ALBERCA -OÑATE, widow, RENATO V. ALBERCA married to Marilou
Sumabat, IRENE V, ALBERCA, single, and MARISYLL V, ALBERCA, single,
all of legal ages, Filipinos, with residences and postal addresses at Purok Linao,
Sitio San Nicolas, Tres de Mayo, Digos City, Davao del Sur, Philippines and
herein referred to as the CO-OWNERS.

That the CO-OWNERS owned a parcel of land known as LOT 951-E


containing an area of Thirty Six Thousand Four hundred Sixty two (36,462)
square meters more or less covered by Transfer Certificate of Title no.144-
2021001223 situated at Sitio San Nicolas, Tres de Mayo (formerly Ruparan),
Digos City, Davao del Sur.

That the CO-OWNERS decided and agreed to terminate their co-ownership


and further agreed to divide and partition the aboved-described parcel of land
including improvements extrajudicially among themselves in the following
manner, to wit;
