AFFIDAVIT OF ADJOINING OWNERS

That WE, BERNARDITA MACABEO and CONDRADO SALDUA, of legal ages, Filipino
citizens and both residents of Brgy. Codoog, Narvacan, Ilocos Sur, Philippines, after having been
duly sworn to in accordance with law, do hereby depose and say:

That we personally know DOLORES MOISES, of Brgy. Codoog, Narvacan, Ilocos Sur.

That for so many years, we cultivating the said lot and my possession being open and
adverse and un-interrupted.

That he is the true and actual owner and claimant of a certain parcel of the land situated at
Brgy. Codoog, Narvacan, Ilocos Sur containing an area of TWO THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED
FORTY EIGHT (2, 248) sq. meters more or less identified as Lot No. 23783 of the cadastral
survey;

That we are the owners of a certain parcel of land adjoining on the NORTHERN and
SOUTHERN sides of his property and that there is no conflict or legal encumbrance
between/among us with respect to said exact area boundaries;

That we are executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing statements and for
all legal intents and purposes it may serve.
