DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Deed of Absolute Sale is made and entered into by and between:

GILDA ALBERCA CORDOVA of legal age, Filipino, married to Genesis Cordova

and residing in Tres de Mayo, Digos City, Davao del Sur, Philippines hereafter referred
to as the VENDOR;

ERNIE JR G. PLANIA of legal age, Filipino, single and residing in Christian Village,
Aplaya, Digos City, Davao del Sur Philippines hereafter referred to as the VENDEE.

That the VENDOR is an owner of a parcel of land known as lot no. 951-E-4,
Psd-11-063381 containing an area of five thousand two hundred nine (5,209) square
meters and covered by Transfer Certificate of Title no. 144-2022000603 situated in Tres
de Mayo, Digos City. Davao del Sur, Philippines.

That for and in consideration of Three hundred Thousand (Php 300,000.00)

pesos,Philippines currency, receipt hereof is hereby acknowledged to the full satisfaction
of the VENDOR in hand and in cash paid by the VENDEE, by these presents, the
VENDOR, hereby, SELL, CEDE, CONVEY and TRANSFER absolutely to the
VENDEE his heirs, assigns and successors-in-interest a portion of seven hundred eighty
two (782) square meters known as lot no. 951-E-4-A survey no. ______ taken from the
larger parcel of land of the VENDOR described above including all the improvements
found thereon free from any liens and encumbrances whatsoever.
