DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE OF A PARCEL OF LAND AND HOUSE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS;

This DEED of ABSOLUTE SALE executed at Parng, Cantilan, Surigao del Sur, Philippines
and entered into by and between WELIFORTE A. RAVELO, Filipino, of legal age, married to
Zenaida A.Ravelo, a resident of Parang, Cantilan, Surigao del Sur and herein referred to as the
VENDOR, and Jocelyn Ravelo Cadiz, ( change to Jojie?), Filipino, of legal age, and married to
( name of husband), a resident of Cantilan, Surigao del Sur, and herein after called the VENDEE,
WITNESSETH:

That the vendor is the true, lawful owner and absolute possessor of a residential land
with a house structure on it, located at Parang, Cantilan, Surigao del Sur, with an area of ____
sq meters with an assessed value of _____, declared in the name of the vendor Weliforte
Ravelo, and designated as CAD. Lot No. _____, more particularly described and bounded as
follows:

West : Lot No. _____

That for, and in consideration of the sum of Five hundred thousand ( P500,000.00 )
pesos Philippine Currency, in hand and is fully paid by the VENDEE to VENDOR, and receipt of
which amount is hereby acknowledge by the Vendor, the VENDOR with consent and
confirmation of wife, ZENAIDA A. RAVELO, signing below, hereby SELLS, TRANSFERS AND
CONVEYS,in a manner absolute and irrevocable, the above prescribed residential land and
improvement thereof to the VENDEE, her successors, administrators, executors, and assign
with warranty in case of evction.

That this residential land is registered under ... ( please refer to the title/declaration
for this lot)...
