AFFIDAVIT OF TOTAL LANDHOLDING OF THE HEIR-SELLERS

We, the Heirs of VALERIANO LIBARRA, namely , ROBOSTIANO P. LIBARRA,

LEONORICO P. LIBARRA,ESTERIA L. TABARANGGAO, BENJAMIN P. LIBARRA,
JOSEFINA L. DELA CRUZ, LIGAYA LIBARRA AND ENREQUITO P. LIBARRA
Filipino citizens, of legal age, married to ASUNCION PALAO, and a resident of New
Canipo, San Vicente Palawan after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law,
depose and state:

1. That we are the lawful heir/s of spouses VALERIANO LIBARRA and ASUNCION
PALAO the registered owner/s of a parcel of land covered by OCT No. E-16612 and
identified as Lot No. 3577,CAD 860-D with an area of Fourteen Thousand Two
hundred ninety two (14,292 SQM) square meters, more or less, located at Brgy.
New Canipo San Vicente Palawan.

2. That as shown in the submitted certificates of total landholdings, each of our total
landholdings inclusive our hereditary share from the said land is
[ ] Not Exceeding Five (5) Hectares
[ ] Exceeding Five (5) Hectares but none of the listed properties declared
under my name were covered nor issued with Notice of Coverage under
the government’s Comprehensive Agrarian Reform Program (CARP);

3. That we inherited the land or portion of the said and was simultaneously sold to
APOLINAR LLAMERA ABAD, Filipino, of legal age, single/married to CAMILA
VILLON ABAD, and a resident of Brgy. New Canipo San Vicente Palawan, by
virtue of Deed of Absolute Sale, entered in notarial register of Notary Public Atty.
Agustin L. Tan, dated June 21, 2017 at Municipality of San Vicente Palawan under
Doc. No. 360; Page No.73; Book No. 19; Series of 2017;

4. That we are executing this affidavit in compliance with DAR Administrative Order No.
4, Series of 2021;

AFFIANT FURTHER SAYETH NONE.
