AFFIDAVIT OF NO PENDING CASE

I, CRISTINA GEONZON CAMPOMANES of legal age, Filipino widow and

residing in Lopez Jaena st., Zone II, Digos City, Davao del Sur, Philippines.
That I am the same person who caused for the execution of this instrument.
That I am the surviving spouse of my deceased husband, RUFINO
CAMPOMANES and represented him on this Affidavit of Non-Tenancy.
That my deceased husband RUFINO CAMPOMANES left a parcel of land with
the following descriptions:
1. With an area of one hundred eighty eight(188) square meters situated at Barangay
Zone II, Digos City, Davao del Sur and
2. With an area of 2.5541 hectares known as Lot no. 217 located at Harada, Butai,
Sulop, Davao del Sur.
That these properties enumerated above have no pending cases in any courts,
tribunals or in any quasi judicial agencies anywhere in the Philippines.
That I executed this Affidavit to attest to the truthfulness and veracity of the
foregoing facts
