This agreement is made and entered into by and between Manuel Cometa and
Cesar Cometa represented herein by ARTHUR LU, hereafter referred to as the FIRST
PARTY, and;
HERMELO A. EMBALSADO, CHRISTOPHER O. PEDROSA, ROMIE D.
BABATUAN and ARTHUR LU hereafter referred to as agents or brokers as the
SECOND PARTY.
That the FIRST PARTY are the owner of registered two(2) parcels of land with
an area of five(5) hectares each situated at Barangay Tiguman, Digos City, Davao del Sur
covered by TCT nos._______________and_________________.
That the SECOND PARTY will scout transact and negotiate with possible buyers
of the above-mentioned two(2) parcels of land whether private individual buyers,
corporations or government agencies.
That the FIRST PARTY thru the Attorney-In-Fact is obliged to give five(5)
percent agent’s or broker’s fee to the SECOND PARTY from the proceeds of the sale of
any of the above-mentioned two(2) parcels of land in the event it would be the SECOND
PARTY who can transact and facilitate the sale of the said any of the two(2) parcels of
land to any interested and willing buyer.
That the two PARTIES agreed on the foregoing terms and conditions.

NOTARIAL ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
BEFORE ME a Notary Public for and in the Province of Davao del Sur,
