MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This instrument is entered into by and between:

legal ages, Filipinos, single, married and married, respectively and
residents of Davao City, Davao City, and Koronadal City, respectively
hereinafter referred to as the FIRST PARTY;

hereinafter referred to as the SECOND PARTY,

WITNESSETH:

Whereas, the FIRST PARTY has paid the following amounts for the purchase
of masks from the SECOND PARTY RICHEL HUFANDA last March 14, 2020 for SIX
HUNDRED THIRTY THOUSAND PESOS (Php 630, 000.00) ONLY for _____ boxes of
merchandise;

Whereas, the SECOND PARTY admits that she has failed to deliver the said
boxes of face masks;

Whereas, the SECOND PARTY is now obligated to reimburse the FIRST

PARTY for the above amount;

Now therefore, the parties hereby agree that:

1. The FIRST PARTY agrees that the SECOND PARTY shall pay the amount of
_____________ by installments payable on every ____ day of the
month in the amount of ___________ per month until fully paid;

2. That both parties will faithfully comply with their obligations;

3. This contract shall take effect upon its execution.
