RESIDENTIAL LEASE WITH OPTION TO PURCHASE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This AGREEMENT OF OPTION made and entered into at

both of Philippine citizenship.

WITHNESSETH:
That for in consideration of the sum of ___________ PESOS (₱________),

is hereby acknowledged, the said offeror, ____________ does hereby grant unto
the saif offeree, _________________, the absolute and unlimited option , right,
and privilege to purchase at anytime within the period of ______ days from the

exercise his option within the above-mentioned period shall be ipso facto cancel
his right to purchase, as well as to the amount paid, and thereupon this Option
