MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME
IN RE: COMPLAINT FOR GRAVE MISCONDUCT AND
DISHONESTY AGAINST ELIZAR M. ROJOCA, ADMINISTER
OFFICER IV OF ASTMMC
Respondent, unto this Honorable Office most respectfully states
that:
1. A Letter was received on October 25, 2017 directing the
respondent to submit counter-affidavit within ten (10) days
from receipt or until November 04, 2017;
2. However, due to the pressures of equally urgent
professional work and prior commitments, the respondent
will not be able to meet said deadline;
3. As such, respondent is constrained to request for an
additional period of fifteen (15) days from today to submit
Respondent’s counter-affidavit and other supporting
evidence. Moreover, this additional time will also allow the
respondent to further study the complaint;
4. This Motion is not intended for delay but solely due to the
foregoing reasons.
PRAYER
WHEREFORE, Respondent most respectfully prays of this
Honorable Office that he be given an additional period of fifteen (15)
days from today within which to submit his counter-affidavit and
other documentary evidence.

Other relief just and equitable are likewise prayed for.
