ANLITES a resident of Talic , Oroquieta City, borrowed and owed an
amount of One Hundred Thousand Pesos (PHP100,000) to ERMA B. ACOL,
of legal age, Filipino and resident of Subang Dako, Mandaue City bind
myself to put up a portion of my lot located at Talairon, Oroquieta City as a
guarantee which is particularly describe as follows:
