KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This deed of sale, entered into at Bacolod City, Philippines, by and between ROSME BACONG of legal
age, Filipino and a resident of BACOLOD CITY Philippines, hereinafter referred to as the SELLER and
DIANA JAEN SARAZA of legal age, Filipino and a resident of PIS-ANAN, SIBALOM, ANTIQUE Philippines
hereinafter referred to as the BUYER.

W I T N E S S E T H:

(P 880,000.00) Philippine Currency as total purchase price, paid by the Buyer and to the SELLER, and a
