DEED OF CONDITIONAL SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Contract, made and entered at Dipolog City, Philippines, by and between –

JANICE ADRAINCEM DAABAY, Filipino, of legal

age, married (separated in fact), and a resident of
Bucana, Sicayab, Dipolog City hereinafter referred to
as SELLER,

-AND-

PANFILO DAGUMAN TAGAB, JR., Filipino, of

legal age, married, and resident of Sta. Filomena,
Dipolog City, hereinafter referred to as BUYER; and;

-WITNESSETH-

That, the Seller is the claimant, possessor and occupant of a parcel of land containing an area of
One Thousand Nine-Hundred Six (1,906) Square Meters, situated in Sicayab-Bucana, Dapitan City;

That, the Buyer intends to acquire a portion of this land equivalent to SEVEN HUNDRED (500)
SQUARE METERS, more or less;

That, the Seller and the Buyer agree on the consideration of the property in the sum of Two
Hundred Forty-five Thousand (=P= 245,000.00) Pesos;

That, the Buyer herein tenders the amount of Fifty Thousand (=P= 50,000.00) Pesos as partial
payment of the property;

That, the balance of the consideration in the amount of One Hundred Ninety-Five Thousand (=P=
195,000.00) Pesos shall be paid upon the approval of the lot plan of the land to which the property subject
of this sale is a part of;

That, the Seller is simultaneously waiving or renouncing this portion of property subject of this
agreement in favor of the Buyer.
