sell, cede, transfer and convey by way of absolute sale the above-described motor vehicle together with
all its accessories, in favor of VICTOR BOHOL, Filipino, of legal age, married and a resident of Poblacion
Mutia, Zamboanga del Norte, his heirs and successors-in-interests free from all liens and encumbrances.
