DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE OF LARGE CATTLE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Deed of Absolute Sale is made and entered into in Dipolog City

this 13th day of October 2021 by and between:

ROCHELLE P. GABLINES, of legal age, Filipino, single, with residence

address at Miputak, Dipolog City hereinafter referred to as SELLER;

- and -

COCO MEYLON, of legal age, Filipino, single with residence address at

Estaka, Dipolog City hereinafter referred to as BUYER;

WITNESSETH:

WHEREAS, the SELLER is the absolute and registered owner of the

following large cattle, more particularly described as follows:

ONE (1) AUSTRALIAN BRANGUS COW

 AGE: 5 YEARS OLD

SEX: FEMALE

COWLICKS: 2 (BETWEEN THE EYES AND SHOULDER)

BRAND: LEFT HIP CATILE A/B

As shown in the Certificate of Ownership No. 123456 issued in

Dipolog City, Province of Zamboanga del Norte.

WHEREAS, the SELLER desires to sell the aforesaid large cattle and
the BUYER is able, willing and ready to purchase the same under the terms
and conditions herein below set forth;

NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the sum total of TOW

HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (P200,000.00), Philippine currency, and
receipt hereof is hereby acknowledged by the said SELLER, the SELLER
hereby SELL, CEDE, TRANSFER and CONVEY unto the BUYER, in a manner
absolute and irrevocable the above-described ONE (1) AUSTRALIAN
BRANGUS COW, free from any and all liens and encumbrances whatsoever
and on an “AS IS WHERE IS BASIS”.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto affixed their

signatures on the date and at the place first above-written.
