KNOW ALL MEN BY THIS PRESENTS:

This Deed of Absolute Sale is made and executed by and between:

LILIAN R. HORTELANO, of legal age, married, Filipino citizen, and a resident of
Cabalilitan, Tabunan, Borbon, Cebu, hereinafter referred to as the VENDOR;

-in favor of-

MARIO ARANEZ, of legal age, married, Filipino citizen, and a resident of Hagnaya,
Carmen, Cebu hereinafter referred to as the VENDEE.

WITNESSETH:

That the vendor is the registered owner of a vehicle which is more particularly

That for and in consideration of the sum of THREE HUNDRED NINETY THOUSAND
PESOS (PHP 390,000.00) Philippine Currency, to them paid in hand, and receipt thereof is
hereby acknowledged to their full satisfaction, by the vendees to the vendor, the vendor
hereby SELLS, CEDES and CONVEYS in a manner that is absolute the above-described vehicle in
favor of the vendees, their heirs, successors in interest, free from all liens and encumbrances.
This sell is on “As is, where is” basis.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties affixed their signatures on the 25th day of APRIL
