DEED OF EXCHANGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
This DEED OF EXCHANGE, made and executed into by and between:
EFREN V. SUBSUBAN, of legal age, Filipino, single and a resident of Marigondon,
Lapu Lapu City, Philippines, hereinafter referred to as the “FIRST PARTY”;

PAT NELSON D. MOLIT, of legal age, Filipino, single and a resident of Yati, Liloan,
Cebu, Philippines, hereinafter referred to as the “SECOND PARTY”;
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, the FIRST PARTY is the true and registered owner of the Motor Vehicle
which is more particularly described as follows:

Vehicle which is more particularly described as follows:

THAT both parties are desirous of exchanging their respective properties/vehicles
for that of other, under terms they have agreed upon;

NOW THEREFORE, the PARTY OF THE FIRST PART, in consideration of the

property/vehicle of the SECOND PART, hereinabove described does hereby BARTER and
EXCHANGE their property/vehicle, together with the improvements thereon, unto the
PARTY OF THE SECOND PART, and the latter, does hereby BARTER AND EXCHANGE his
motor vehicle above-cited for the property of the FIRST PART;

BOTH PARTIES HEREBY warrant unto the other, full title and owner ship over their
respective motor vehicles, with the right dispose of the same, free from all liens and
encumbrances of whatever nature, in favor of any person or entity.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, both parties have hereunto set their hands this 18 th day of
March 2022; in Lapu-Lapu City, Philippines.
