PROPERTY

I, ESTEPHEN G. BONIAO, Filipino, of legal age, married and

resident of Lower Lamac, Oroquieta City, under oath, hereby depose
and state:

1.)I am the President of the PLACIDO BABANTO and ANTONIA

VICENTE CLAN organization;

2.)The organization gives me an authority to represent an act in

behalf of the organization by virtue of a Special Power of
Attorney, copy of the Special Power of Attorney is attached
herewith and marked as Annex A;

3.)The organization has a parcel of land leased to HAZ GLOBAL

EXPORT COMPANY and gives it consent to till and cultivate
the property in favor of the lessee ;

4.)I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the

foregoing facts and to whatever legal purpose this may serve
me.
