CHECK-IN IN AIRPORT OF DEPARTURE DO NOT FORGET YOUR PASSPORT, TICKET, VOUCHER, AND INSURANCE POLICY. We earnestly ask you to arrive to the airport two hours before departure. You get on a plane after passing custom and passport controls ON ARRIVAL TO TURKEY Ukrainian citizens must get a visa before passing the passport control. Visa costs $30 U.S. You can get visa in special wicket at Istanbul airport, where a special mark will be tipped-in in your passport. After passing the passport control you will see a conveying machine for luggage. After luggage claim go to the exit to waiting room, where you will be met by a guide with UPJET sign plate. TRANSFER INFORMATION On the road from airport to hotel, a guide will inform you about time of return transfer and also will give you all necessary information. Waiting period for group transfer 1 hour 10 minutes after landing, for individual transfer 1 hour 30 minutes after landing. Group transfer is carried out by bus, check-in priority at hotels determined by their location. Individual transfer is carried out without turning to other hotels. ON ARRIVAL TO A HOTEL You have to fill up the registration card for hotel check-in. If it is necessary address to the companys representative. Some hotel have the right to keep your passport at reception. In such case it is better to have a copy of your passport and hotels business card. Use safe-box for keeping your values (this service has an additional charge in some hotels). Other additional services are also chargeable (mini bar, room service, etc.). Check-in time: 14:00. EXCURSIONS Tourists, whose tour package includes excursion programs, and tourists, who bought excursions on the spot, must wait at hotels lobby at the appointed time. Guide or companys representative will come to your hotel and announce at lobby that UPJET tourists are invited on excursion. HOTEL CHECK-OUT DAY Hotel check-out time noon In hotel check-out day, before bus arrival, you have to pay for additional services, which were not included into accommodation price and then wait for transfer at hotels lobby at the appointed time. 10-15 minutes bus delay is possible for a group transfer. If it takes more than 15 minutes please address to the UPJET companys representatives by phone: + 90 533 956 99 72. Security control is held in the first place after arrival to airport. Then go to check-in desk, where number of your flight is shown on display, register your luggage and get your plane ticket, the passport control is next. After passing the passport control, according to signs in departure zone go to the exit pointed in your ticket. Exit number can be changed after passing check-in and passport control. INSURANCE POLICY Carefully read the rules and conditions of insurance, which are written in your insurance policy. In case of insured event you must promptly notify service company about the incident by telephones listed in insurance policy and follow the instructions given by operator of insurance company. HEALTH Read carefully the conditions in your insurance policy about providing services in the event of emergency. You can find state and individual hospitals in Turkey. In the Turkish language a drug store is ECZANE or APOTEK. The drug stores in Turkey work from Monday to Saturday, 9:00 19:00. On Sundays you can address to on-duty drug stores. CREDIT CARDS Almost all shopping malls, stores, and restaurants receive Visa and Mastercard credit cards. Or you can cash out the money (in Turkish lyres) almost at all ABMs. STORES OPENING HOURS Stores in Turkey are opened from 9 am till 9 pm, large shopping malls and supermarkets are opened from 10 am till 10 pm.

TIPS At restaurants 5-10% of total amount, for carriers, maids, and driver after excursion 1-5 dollars. TELEPHONE A call from a telephone box will be way cheaper than from a hotel.
