Presented by: Shipra Seefeldt, MSE, LPC, LCSW and Anjali Seefeldt, MA Strategic Solutions Consulting, LLC ABOUT THE PROGRAM: Succession issues in privately held businesses have a greater level of complexity due to a lack of planning, as well as the emotional, psychological and relationship issues that can impact this transition. Why does business succession fail? During this program Shipra and Anjali will share their expertise on what the transition issues are and the steps that are necessary to proactively plan for a smooth transition. ABOUT THE SPEAKERS: Located in Appleton, WI, Strategic Solutions Consulting is a family owned business led by mother daughter consulting team, Shipra and Anjali Seefeldt. They each bring unique and highly specialized training as well as years of professional experience in working with family owned and closely held businesses. Their services focus on enhancing business performance, creating sustainable organizational change and resolution of highly adversarial situations of family and business conflict. Shipras Seefeldts brand of consulting combines her expertise as a clinical psychotherapist with her extensive training in intergenerational family therapy and management consulting. Shipra was the CEO of a mental health agency and has taught in the Masters in Counseling Program at the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh. She does consulting and conducts seminars locally, nationally and internationally. Anjali Seefeldt received her MA in Industrial & Organizational Psychology from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Anjalis expertise focuses on improving organizational performance through conducting job analyses, implementing performance appraisal systems, developing customized selection systems, addressing training and development needs, and effectively managing conflict and change. In addition, Shipra and Anjali write a column for the Appleton Post Crescent called Business Strategies.
