What more information Kumar would require, if any ,before he decides whether to fire Ram or not?.

 Kumar was fired Ram. But he

told a ram that there was a job available as a loading handyman at a another company, and he said a good words about ram to that company manager.

 A thief

is not always a thief. But the situations and environment are decides a person is a thief or not, and it will change the persons behaviors.

STRENGTH: Well understood top management Kumars truth and hard work. WEAKNESS: Kumar and Rams criminal background.

OPPORTUNITIES:
Manager suggest a good words to another company. Kumars big dilemma. THREATS: The duplicate evidences against the worker All another employees in company.
