In term of social; Ayutthaya has the several nationalities in the land because of Ayutthaya has a lot of foreigner traders come to trade with them and whenever the trader stop their boat here they will have the missionaries to public their religion with Ayutthaya. However; the king of Ayutthaya are very kind they give the land outside the grand palace for the foreign such as traders and the missionaries to located their house in Ayutthya and work with the king . In term of health; Ayutthaya get the good asmosphere throughout the year because the surrounded by the river around the island so it will doesnt has the very hot season and moreover the people in Ayutthaya are very lucky because they can get the food all the year the reason is it was located in the plentiful land that was surrounded by the river so they can do the agriculture and cash the ish whenever they want and thats why ayutthaya people get the good health. After king U-Thong selected this city to be the capital city at that time Ayutthaya become the land of happiness for every people even the foreigners.
