EMPLOYEMENT AGREEMENT

This Employment Agreement is made effective for all purpose and in all respects as of this----day of-------- 2011,by MR.BABAK PARHIZKARI and AMIR MOHAMMADI who shall collectively be known herein as Food Server.

RECITALS
WHEREAS, Employer is engaged in the business of operator of Restaurant in Manila Residence 1 City Land Tower Vito Cruse Taft Manila. WHEREAS, Employer wishes to employ and Employee wishes to accept such employment on the terms and under the conditions recited below. The premises having been considered and with acknowledge of mutual promises and of other good and valuable consideration herein contained, Employee intending to be legally bound, hereby agree as follows. A. Capacity of Employment. The duties to be performed by Employee for Employer are generally described as follows: Food Sanitation, Safety of Equipment in kitchen. B. Operation Time shall be report on duty on exactly 7:30am to 11pm. C. Employee Compensation. For all service rendered by Employee under this agreement, Employee shall be entitled to a salary of P 350 a day. Additional Benefits: Free Meal for Lunch and Dinner.

Employee shall have the following title: code monkey.


A. Term of Employment-------At will Employee. Employer shall employ Employee in the capacity set forth above commencing on---------------- (or such other date as the parties may agree to) and continuing, with no fixed termination date, until either Party shall give proper notice of Termination of this employment agreement to order. Terms and Condition of Employer to Employee: Employer set contract to a Employee up to 1 month contract and renewable until 6 months if Employee works well and satisfy Employer. If Employee terminates contract without informing or valid reason employee should pay penalty amounting P 10,000. IN WITNESS WHEREOF and acknowledging acceptance and agreement of the foregoing, Employer and Employee affix their signatures hereto.
