    Design Approach
    Design: With 60 years of building experience, Newton Enterprises has honed in their agricultural structures utilizing an efficient and sound design. After building hundreds of post frame and stud frame buildings, we understand the key and at time subtle design elements that ensure our structures have the ability to withstand most weather conditions and active loads. Plan: With our close partnership with Manu-Fab, we have the ability to work directly with the productions of our truss and custom structural members. While placing orders for our materials we would also designate management and being assembling one of our construction teams. From initial design to completion we would be utilizing our own forces which helps ensure continuity through all stages of the project. Excavate & pouring concrete: The excavation and pouring of the new concrete will require a high level craftsmanship. This portion of the project requires the marriage between new and old materials that will work as a complete system. When cured, the slab and pony wall must move in unison during the freeze- thaw cycle. The installation of the reinforcing and the pouring of the footing, pony wall and trench system is the leading factor to the buildings longevity and must be carried out with minimal tolerances. Build: Maintaining a strict timeline while undergoing a design-build, will help move the project along through the various building stages. Identifying this critical path comes with years of experience, and can help erect the structure in a timely fashion. Although scheduling is very important, Newton Enterprises is also recognized in maintaining a high level of quality control in addition to our efficient construction methods. Deficiencies: Each Design-Build that Newton Enterprises is involved with is completed to a high standard. If for any reason should there be any deficiencies in our work, we would gladly spend the time to rectify the issue(s). With our healthy experience in design, building and problem solving we always find a way to ensure that we produce a quality final product.
