The objective of this doctoral program is to produce internationally renowned specialists in Electronics and Telecommunications. Providing them with the capacity to research and develop new products and services in those areas. Those completing the doctoral course will be able to contribute to scientific, technological and socio-economic development through their expert knowledge of electronic and Telecommunications technology and its possible applications. The Doctoral Degree benefits from the experience and activities of the Center of Electronics and Telecommunications (CEOT). The research groups within CEOT include the full breadth of engineering science and technology, including telecommunications, optical networks nanoelectronics, medical devices, biosensing and electronic instrumentation We invite applications of undergraduates expecting to graduate with a four year degree in a relevant science or engineering discipline. Applicants should have an interest in innovation, and in research. The doctoral program is divided into four subject areas:(a) Electronics, (b) Telecommunications and Networks, (c) Signal Processing and (d) Intelligent Systems It has a curricular part and a research part.
