    The Albany County Sheriffs Office reports the arrest of Aubrie C. Karl, age 26, of 43 Row B Way, Troy, NY. The complaint alleges that Karl did burglarize the residence of her ex-husband located in the Town of Westerlo and steal a laptop computer. The burglary occurred while the ex-husband was at the movies with their children. Karl gained entry to the residence by breaking a window which then allowed her to unlock the front door. At this time the complainant does believe anything other than the laptop was taken. Karl was charged with: PL 140.25 Burglary in the 2nd degree C Felony PL 145.00 Criminal Mischief in the 4th degree A Misdemeanor PL 155.25 Petit Larceny A Misdemeanor

    Karl was arraigned in Westerlo Court by the Honorable Judge Mackey where she was remanded to the Albany County Correctional Facility in lieu of $10,000 bail. The Burglary occurred in late February and the arrest occurred on February 27, 2012.
