Dated 2nd March, 2012 CONVOCATION CIRCULAR

All candidates who have applied to attend the 11th Convocation for receiving their respective Degrees (in person) for the Academic sessions 2008 -2009, 2009- 2010 & 2010-2011 may collect their Gowns by paying caution deposit of Rs.500/- (Refundable on return of gown after completion of the convocation
formalities) on the following dates from the University.

The gowns will be issued on the following dates: 6th & 07th March, 2012 : 10.00 am to 4.30 pm 9th March, 2012 : up to 12.00 noon.

There will be a rehearsal on 9th March 2012 at 3.00 p.m in the convocation Hall Rajiv Gandhi University Campus. Degree holders attending the Convocation are to report at the venue latest by 8.30 a.m on 10th March, 2012 (Convocation Day) for necessary preparation to enable them to take their seats in the Convocation Hall latest by 9.30 a.m sharp.The University will provide University buses from Vivek Vihar Itanagar / Nirjuli to RGU campus on the convocation day at 7.30 a.m and to and fro RGU campus to Nirjuli periodically.
