The diagram below shows how the water cycle works.

Write a report for a university lecturer describing the information shown. You should write at least 150 words.

The illustration demonstrates operation of water cycle. Generally, there are two main stages, namely rain forming and flowing back into the sea. As indicated in the diagram, rain forming consists of two steeps. The initial steep is evaporation. Suns heat induces evaporation from the sea, from lakes and rivers and transpiration from plants and trees. Subsequently, water vapor condenses, cools to form clouds. Wind blows clouds to higher place, cools them further, which triggers off rain. It is notably that water vapor derive mainly from the sea. In order to make the process in sequence, water flows back into the sea in various paths. Some of it may fall into lake and river. The other may filter through porous rock and form as ground water. Nevertheless, all of it will be carried downstream by river and return with the sea to complete the cycle.

In summary, water cycle is a continuous process with two vital stages. Remarkably, all water vapor is invisible so we can see evaporation steep. . .
