By signing the papers at this stage, you are not committed to the sale of the property, the commitment only comes when I take authority from your family to go ahead and exchange contracts. Please could you print off the enclosures, you will need to sign the Agreement where indicated by your penciled initials, please be aware this does not need to be witnessed. Please check the selling price carefully to ensure that you agree this. The Transfer Deed needs to be signed again where indicated by your penciled initials, the Deed does need to be witnessed by someone who is not a family member, a party to the transaction or a child under the age of 18. Please do not date either of these documents. Once both documents have been signed, please return them to me in readiness for completion.
