To Whom It May Concern: My name is Kathy Alcantar and I have been working with Bobby and Ceci Torres for the past eleven years. In that time, I have witnessed countless families restored and lives transformed through the ministry offered by Bobby and Ceci Torres. I have seen so many people of all ages find freedom from years of addictions, emotional and mental illness and broken relationships. Many that had been labeled as incapable of functioning in society have now found hope and purpose. My daughter and I have also personally benefited from the Parenting Teachings Communication Workshops, Character Training and personal Life Coaching offered by the Torres. Bobby and Ceci Torres have dedicated their lives to helping restore the lives of hurting individuals and families. Their work has made an enormous impact in communities throughout our nation and the fruit of their labor has been evident for over two decades. Their work must continue as there is only a growing need to help the lost. It is my hope and prayer that Bobby and Ceci Torres will receive the help and support needed to not only continue their work in this nation, but to advance and take their message of hope to the entire world.
