March 28, 2011 Dear Governor Brewer, I am a Husband, Father & work in outside sales in the Phoenix metro

area. I would like to share with you the positive and life changing impact that Bobby & Ceci Torres have had on not only myself but my family as well. I first became a father at the age of 22 and there are certainly no manuals that can tell you how to be a parent. As time went by and we moved from Seattle to Phoenix in 2004 our family discovered a small church and have been attending ever since. That church is led by Bobby & Ceci Torres. The leadership and teachings that we have received have been invaluable and specifically the teachings on parenting. I only wish everyone could hear the practical and revelating teachings that we have with love being at the core of it all. Not only have I benefited from their teachings but our children as well. They have learned that they do not have to conform under the pressure of outside influences but that they can be themselves while being respectful children and young adults. I have never questioned the honor and integrity of Bobby & Ceci Torres. They are very forthcoming and approachable. Their lifelong devotion to helping people and more specifically helping youth is probably practiced by less than 1% of our National population and removing them from this mantel that has been placed on them would only hurt this great State and Nation for generations to come. I have personally witnessed how their teaching, love and determination to help has changed the lives of many troubled youths over the past six years. To this day it still amazes me the transformations I have seen because two people took the time to love on and care for youths who felt they had nowhere to go or anyone who cared about them. I feel it is immensely important that we do not let these Christian based programs be pushed to the side because of outside influences but rather stand behind them because of what they stand for and what our Country was founded on.God. Bobby and Cecis guidance has always been biblically based and as a member of the church I can attest to that. I ask you.as a Husband and as a Father of four daughters, please support Bobby and Ceci Torres and what they stand for. Please allow them to continue to help our youth of this State and Nation. It is imperative for our future. Thank you for your time and your consideration.
