    We urge our supporters to contact your City Councilor and ask them to Vote NO on EC-11-608 (Recommendation of Award to uPublic for Public Access Television Services). __________________________________________________
    At the March 12thFinanceand Government Operations (FGO) meeting, two important agenda items were voted on.

    The rst was EC-11-608, which isRecommendation ofAward to uPublic for Public Access Television Services.FGOsent it toCouncil "Without Recommendation".

    The second item relating to Quote/Unquote was EC-12-67, which is the "Cable Franchise Board Resolution Urging the Council, Mayor and Purchasing Ofcer to Award the New Contract for Public Access Television Services to Quote/Unquote For the Remainder of the Current Comcast Franchise Period." This item was "Receipt be Noted."

    Immediate Action was not moved at FGO on Monday,thereforeboth itemswill be on the April 2nd Council Agenda for Final Action.
