    Final solution for Chinese VAGCOM interfaces with protection chip and FT232R , the solution work only if your interface is like this :

    - Reflash Atmega with 908 dump - Remove components IC8 , R50 , R51 , D7 as shown on the pic with red arrows. - Re-flash FTDI with this dump. - Re-flash GAL16V8 (ATF16V8) with this dump. - Solder 3 wires as shown on the pic with blue lines. - Extract files in this archive to your VCDS directory.

    This solution work only for 908.0 English version. Tested on 2 interfaces and worked perfectly

    1. Becouse new VCDS's have new BAN list.. with banned old eeprom's.. 2. It's the same chip (ATmega contains FLASH and EEPROM) in eeprom area is saved Authentification of interface.. if it's not banned.. it's works.. if not.. everybody know
