1. Tutorials system is adopted under which each staff is assigned with 13 students, they are the tutors to look after all the particulars. (i) Discipline, (ii) Late coming, (iii) Attendance, (iv) leave, (v) Dress code, (vi) Absent to the class and test, (vii) Test performance, (viii) Fees payment, Scholarship, Exam fees, Purchase of Books , Cell phone curtailment ,Behavior in lab, Bank loan, Bus pass, Train pass, Briefing the parents about their performance etc

Tutors are expected to collect all the datas such as student date of birth, address, parent name, occupation, annual income, cell phone number, blood group, 10th and 12th marks, Anna university register number, subject cleared, subject dues, bank loan number, train pass number, bus pass number, etc.. with two photographs. Tutors will be referred whenever such particulars are required by the HOD. A copy of the above format with photo has to be submitted to the HOD by all the tutors.

2. Tutors are hereby expected to check all the students under their control the following a. They have purchased all the six text books of the respective subject in semester II b. They have six note books to write down the notes given. c. 4 observation note books d. 4 records e. Lab coat and shoes etc

Ask the student to write the date in their note book before they start taking down notes so that we can access they were present or not to the class. Check whether they are doing the class work, home work regular or not. Any complaint to the HOD regarding the student will be forwarded to the tutors and they are accessible to the same
