Guidlines for Faculty

1. Sessional Examination is conducted in following three time slots


Time Slot I: 9:00AM to 10:30AM (for 3rd sem students)
Time Slot II: 12:00PM to 1:30PM (for 5th sem students)
Time Slot III: 3:00PM to 4:30PM (for 7th sem students)
2. Time allotted to attempt sessional examination is 1hour 30min + 30 min extra time for
uploading purpose only.
3. Faculty members are requested to adhere the mentioned timings.
4. All question papers are subjective and should be strictly as per pattern already approved
by NBA coordinator and worthy principal sir.
5. Faculty member should mail the soft copy (pdf format only) to registered (Regular +
Reappear) students through their official mail id only.
6. Batchwise group mail ids are already communicated by Dr. Dheerendra Singh ‘s mail dated
31/07/2020 for your reference.
7. Faculty member can share the soft copy (pdf format) on WhatsApp to registered (Regular
+ Reappear) students in case of some emergent situation.
8. Reappear students must contact corresponding faculty members one day prior to his/her
sessional examination so that teacher can mail the question paper to him/her in time.
9. Student must answer all the questions on A4 sheets and mail single pdf of all the answers
to concerned teachers only.
10. pdf send by students should be from their college mail id’s only. The students who don’t
have college id may send pdf but after getting approval from concerned faculty and HoD.
11. The first page of pdf must have following deatils.
(i) Colle Roll.No (in Figures)_____________(in words)___________________
(ii) Name of student:______________ (iii) Class/Semester:_______________
(iv) Name of Paper:______________ v) Paper Code:__________
vi) Total number of pages written:_____ vii) Signature:__________
viii) Date of Exam:_________

12. pdf file should not be larger than 12 pages (single side) of A4 sheets.
13. Faculty can take printout of these pdf’s for checking purpose.
